The intricate wooden shell also gives those inside ample privacy and offers cool textural contrast. Stone and glass largely dominate the interior of the house with a neutral color palette taking over.
Preserving an 1870s-era structure and enhancing it with a breezy makeover the penthouse offers luxury that is draped in heritage and timeless appeal. A team led by architect created a penthouse that epitomizes the typical aura and cheerful ambiance of New York City apartments. The interiors are kept largely neutral with white dominating every level of the penthouse.
Clad in wood concrete steel and glass the home embraces an unfinished and almost industrial style. The pool large terrace smart kitchen and living area form the core of the house with two bedrooms on the bottom level and a home office on the top floor.
